Declaration of Election by Voting

Chief Election Officer Jill McKitrick is pleased to announce that an election by voting is necessary to elect seven (7) trustees-at-large to serve on the Board of Education of School District No. 28 (Quesnel) for a four-year term commencing in November 2026.

The official candidates for the office of School Trustee, in ballot order, are:

General Voting Day is Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please watch for ads in the local paper for voting locations and advance voting opportunities for qualified voters residing within the boundaries of School District No. 28 (Quesnel).
